Welcome to Sungoma
Our 29 acre piece of land is home to over 40 residents. We are students, artists, young families, retired couples, tradesmen, baristas, entrepreneurs, single mothers, working couples, craftsmen. We live alone, with friends, with our partners. We thrive together and we struggle together. We are neighbours, we are friends, and we are a strong community. We offer low income housing to those who are in need – a peaceful place to call home, nestled in the lovely wooded area of Westholme on Vancouver Island.
